Dr. Nehal has been working as a Researcher, Academic Instructor and Advisor, Business and Management Consultant. She has been teaching both the undergraduate and graduate students in various National and International Universities in Egypt. She has been actively involved in assisting and supervising post graduate students both on the Master’s and Doctorate levels. Dr. El Naggar is currently an Assistant Professor at the Royal University for Women in Bahrain.

Over the past Thirteen Years, Dr. Nehal has been working as a Researcher, Academic Instructor and Advisor, Business and Management Consultant. Dr. Nehal is the external linkage coordinator and the coordinator of several students’ activities at the university. Believing in people and developing human capital, she has been guiding the students on startup and mentoring entrepreneurial projects where two of her teams won the Best Company Award in the INJAZ Bahrain Young Entrepreneurship Company Competition in consecutive years 2017, 2018, 2021and INJAZ Al Arabs Best Product Award in 2018 in Kuwait and Citi Bank Signature Award 2021.

Dr. El Naggar has published research in areas related to Business, Strategy, Human Resources Management and Entrepreneurship. She is a co Author in two non-academic Books Names: “On Startups” and “Women on Success” edited and published by a Bahraini Practitioner.
